Year 12 VCE PE excursion to Exercise Research Australia

Students attend two VCE student sessions throughout the day, where they get to hear from experienced exercise physiologists on the topics of Energy systems and also Fatigue and recovery. They also get to apply content they have learnt in class in a laboratory setting.
